Battery HOLDDOWN: Removal

  1. Remove the left rear tire and wheel (Refer to WHEELS - REMOVAL ).
  2. Remove the seven screws attaching the rear wheel splash shield.
  3. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  4. Remove the single battery hold down retaining fastener.
  5. Remove the battery hold down from the vehicle.
