Battery System: Battery: Installation

  1. Position the battery in the battery tray.
  2. Install the battery holdown clamp and bolt. Torque the bolt to 14 N.m (124 in.lbs.).
  3. Connect the battery POSITIVE cable.
  4. Connect the battery NEGATIVE cable.
  5. Install the left rear wheel splash shield.
  6. Install the left rear wheel (Refer to WHEELS - INSTALLATION ).
