Removal & Installation

Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable. Remove instrument cluster bezel. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER BEZEL  . Remove A/C-heater control module-to-instrument cluster bezel screws. Remove A/C-heater control module from instrument cluster bezel. Disconnect A/C-heater control module harness connectors. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten A/C-heater control module-to-instrument cluster bezel screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Using the DRBIII(R) select HVAC, SYSTEM TESTS, then actuate the A/C Cool Down Test.
