(1) Different interval may be required for normal and severe service. Severe service is described as continuous operation during freezing temperatures, continuous operation in stop and go traffic, long periods of engine idling, frequent short trip operation of less than 5 miles, trailer towing, police, taxi, local delivery service or operating in dusty or excessively hot conditions.
(2) Monthly interval does not apply.
(3) Normal service interval is not available from manufacturer. Under severe service, change fluid every 15,000 miles.
(4) Inspect and replace as necessary.
(5) Inspect every 30,000 miles after first scheduled interval if not previously replaced at scheduled interval listed.

(7) On California emissions-equipped vehicles, replace spark plug wires at 105,000 miles. On Federal emissions-equipped vehicles, replace spark plug wires at 100,000 miles.
