Power Mirror Defogger

NOTE: For power mirror defogger component tests on Dakota and Durango, see appropriate REAR WINDOW DEFOGGERS & HEATED MIRRORS article.

Turn ignition off. Disconnect power mirror harness connector. Check resistance between power mirror connector terminals No. 4 (Light Blue/Yellow wire) and No. 5 (Black/Light Green wire) . See Figure or Figure . Resistance should be 10-16 ohms. Replace mirror if resistance is not as specified.
