Test 78A - Diagnosing Message Center

VERIFICATION TEST after each repair.
Diagnosis of the message center system is separated into 6 categories. Identify problem area(s) as listed in the TEST 78A DIAGNOSTIC DIRECTORY table and perform the indicated test(s).
