Memory Selector Switch

Remove memory selector switch. See MEMORY SWITCHES  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Using ohmmeter, check continuity between appropriate switch terminals. See MEMORY SELECTOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY TEST  table. See Fig 1 . If continuity is not as specified, replace memory selector switch assembly.

MEMORY SELECTOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY TEST

Button Depressed (1) Continuity Between Pins No.
"1" 6 & 3
"2" 4 & 3
"S" 5 & 3
(1) Without buttons depressed, all circuits are open and no continuity will exist.
