Hard To Start - Cold Engine

Check spark plugs.
Check distributor (if applicable).
Ensure fuel pressure is correct.
Check ignition timing.
Check TP sensor and connector (if applicable).
Check crankshaft position sensor.
Check MAP sensor.
Check idle air control motor.
