No Start - Cold Engine

Ensure battery is fully charged.
Ensure fuel tanks are 1/4 full (MINIMUM).
Check manual shutoff valve.
Check fuel cylinder valves.
Check high pressure and low pressure fuel shutoff solenoids.
Check fuel shutoff relay.
Check all secondary ignition components.
Check in-line fuse to control unit.
Ensure ignition timing and fuel pressure are correct.
Check fuel injectors (clicking sound).
Check fuel injector driver module.
Ensure ignition coil resistance is correct.
Check ignition control unit.
Check coolant temperature sensor and connector.
Check crankshaft position sensor.
