If no faults were found while performing BASIC TESTING , proceed to G - DIESEL TESTS W/CODES article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE Section. If no trouble codes are found in self-diagnostics, proceed to H - DIESEL TESTS W/O CODES article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE Section for diagnosis by symptom (i.e., ROUGH IDLE, NO START, etc.).
