Pick-Up Coil Resistance Test: 3-Cylinder

With ignition off, disconnect distributor connector. Using ohmmeter, measure resistance between proper terminals for each pick-up coil. See Fig 1 . Replace distributor if resistance is not within specification. See DISTRIBUTOR PICK-UP COIL RESISTANCE .

Charade 3-cylinder models are equipped with 2 pick-up coils. Resistance for both pick-up coils should be checked at distributor connector.
