Control Cable
- Disconnect the negative battery cable. Move the shift lever to Park.
- Make sure the transaxle range switch on the transaxle is in Park. See Fig 1
.
- Remove right/left front lower trim panels, shift control panel and floor console.
- Loosen shift control cable adjustment pinch bolt. Pull the shifter control cable until it is tight.
- Tighten the shifter control cable adjustment pinch bolt until it is tight. See Fig 2

- Install floor console, shift control panel and right/left front lower trim panels. Connect the negative battery cable.
