Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove ashtray. Slide speed sensitive power steering (SSPS) control module off control module bracket. Disconnect electrical connector from SSPS control module.
  2. To install, connect electrical connector to SSPS control module. Slide SSPS control module onto SSPS control module bracket. Install ashtray. Connect negative battery cable. See Fig 1.
