Torque Specifications

Heat Shield To PTU 7 - 62  
Fastener, PTU Bracket To Engine Blocks 50 37 -  
Fastener, PTU Bracket To PTU 52 39 -  
Fastener, PTU To Transmission 44 32 -  
PTU Drain And Fill Plugs 40 30 -  
PTU Actuator Short Bolt 4 + 45° - 35 + 45° Do not reuse these fasteners. If removed, a NEW  fastener must be installed and tightened to specifications.
PTU Actuator Long Bolt 4 + 75° - 35 + 75° Do not reuse these fasteners. If removed, a NEW  fastener must be installed and tightened to specifications.
On used fasteners that have a thread locker patch use Mopar ® Lock & Seal Adhesive.
