Removal And Installation: Installation
- From the bottom side, install the cooling fan into mounts and pull down to lock into place.
- Pull the radiator back in place.
- Install the lower crossmember and tighten the right side bolt (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Install the left side lower crossmember bolt (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Install the left side crossmember bolts (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
.
- Install the right side crossmember bolts (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
.
- Install the front crossmember to cradle bolts (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
.
- Attach the wire harness retainers (1) to the lower crossmember.
- Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
, BELLY PAN, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
and/or
BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

- Install the right upper cooling fan bolt (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the left upper cooling fan bolt (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Attach the coolant vent hose (1) to the cooling fan shroud.
- Connect the cooling fan wire harness connector (1).
- Connect the negative cable.
