Removal And Installation: Installation

Install and hand tighten the left generator retaining bolt (1)

Install and hand tighten the upper front pulley side generator retaining bolt (1).
Install and hand tighten the upper right generator retaining bolt (2) near the electrical connectors.
Tighten the upper front pulley side bolt to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Tighten the upper front electrical connector side bolt to the proper specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Tighten the lower bolt to the proper specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Connect both the generator field and B+ connections to the generator and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Install the catalytic converter. Refer to CONVERTER, CATALYTIC, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Install the AC compressor. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR INSTALLATION .
