Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Clean the block heater sealing surface.
  2. Install the engine block heater (1). Tighten the bolt (2) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Connect the power cord plug to the engine block heater (1).
  4. Install the generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
