Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Install the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor (1) into the thermostat and turn clockwise 1/4 turn to lock in place.

  2. Connect the wire harness connector to the ECT sensor (1).
  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  4. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATIONBELLY PAN, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  5. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  6. Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
