Position the radiator into the vehicle and push forward to engage the mounts (1).

Install the right radiator end cap (1).

Install and securely tighten the right radiator mount bolts (1).

Install the left radiator mount end cap and securely tighten the bolts (1).

Install the radiator vent hose (1) onto the radiator.

Position the condenser and push down to engage the retaining tabs.

Install the left side condenser bolts (2) and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Position the transmission cooler onto the radiator and tighten the bolts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

Install the right side condenser bolt (2) and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Install the right side transmission cooler bolt (1) and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

Position the left radiator air deflector (2) and install the two push fasteners (1).
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .

Install the left side lower radiator hose (1).
Install the cooling fan. Refer to FAN, COOLING, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
