Radiator, Engine Cooling: Removal: 2.4L
- Remove the engine cover.
- Remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL .
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Recover the air conditioning system. Refer to R-1234YF RECOVERY PROCEDURE .
- Remove the multipurpose bracket. Refer to BRACKET, MULTIPURPOSE, REMOVAL

- Disconnect the A/C discharge (3) and liquid (1) lines from the condenser jumper line manifold.
- Remove the condenser jumper line bolts (1) from the condenser and remove the condenser jumper line assembly.NOTE:
Tape over or plug any open refrigerant line fittings and condenser ports.
- Remove the condenser mounting bracket bolts (2) from both sides of the radiator.
- Remove the transmission oil cooler bracket bolt (1).
- Disconnect the cooling fan wire harness connector.
- Disconnect the upper radiator hose from the radiator.
- Disconnect the lower radiator hose from the radiator.
- Remove the upper radiator mount cover (2) fasteners (1) from both sides of the upper radiator mounts.
- Separate the condenser from the radiator and position slightly forward.
- Tilt the radiator forward (1), removing the radiator from the upper mounts.
- Lift the radiator and cooling fan assembly upward (2) removing it from the vehicle.
- Remove the two mounting fasteners from the cooling fan assembly.
- Slide the cooling fan assembly upward from the mounting brackets and separate it from the radiator.
