Fan, Cooling: Installation: 3.6L

  1. Guide the cooling fan assembly into position through the bottom of the engine compartment.

  2. Once into position, insert the lower tabs into the mounting brackets on the radiator.

  3. Install the right lower radiator mount bracket (3) and securely tighten the fasteners (4).
  4. Install the left lower radiator mount bracket (2) and securely tighten the fasteners (1).

  5. Place the lower radiator air deflector (1) into position and install the five push fasteners (2).

  6. Install the lower fascia closeout panel (2) and securely tighten the fasteners.
  7. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION .

  8. Install the two cooling fan assembly retaining bolts (1) and tighten the bolts to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  9. Connect the wire harness connector (2) to the cooling fan assembly.
  10. Place the upper front fascia closeout into position and install the push fasteners.
  11. Install the engine cover.
  12. Connect the negative battery cable.
