Glass Panel Calibration

NOTE:

Fully understand the calibration steps; timing is critical and any prolonged delay between the steps in this procedure will invalidate the calibration.

  1. Place the ignition in the "RUN" position. All vehicle systems should be initialized (screens initialized, gauge sweep complete, etc.).
  2. Within 5 seconds, the following steps need to occur: 
    1. Place the ignition in the "OFF" position.
    2. Open the drivers door (gauges, etc. should go dark).
    3. Close the drivers door.
    4. Place the ignition in the "ACC" position.
    5. Press and hold the calibration button until the panel stops moving. The panel will move towards the close position, stall against the hard stop, and then perform a full open followed immediately by a full close, ending its movement at the full close position.
      NOTE:

      If the calibration button is not held until the panel stops moving, the calibration will be invalidated.

  3. Verify that the vehicle ignition is placed in "ACC" position.
  4. Validate sunroof operation.
