Module, Hands Free: Removal: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.

  2. Remove the steering column opening cover (1). Refer to COVER, STEERING COLUMN OPENING, REMOVAL .

  3. Disconnect the HFM electrical (1) and USB connectors (2).
  4. Remove the HFM retainers.
  5. Remove the HFM (4) from the mounting bracket.
