1 - OXYGEN SENSOR

2 - OXYGEN SENSOR CONNECTOR

3 - BALL FLANGE NUT

4 - LH CATALYTIC CONVERTER

NOTE:

Left side shown in illustration, right side similar.

Position the catalytic converter (4) onto the exhaust manifold flange, install ball flange nuts (3) finger tight.
Connect the O2S sensor electrical connectors (2).

Position the front exhaust pipe band clamps (2) on the exhaust pipe/muffler and resonator assembly (1).
Connect the exhaust pipe/muffler and resonator assembly into the catalytic converters (3,4).
Tighten the exhaust manifold flange nuts to 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.).
Tighten the band clamps to 61 N.m (45 ft. lbs.).
Lower the vehicle.
Connect the negative battery cable.
Start the engine and check for exhaust leaks.
