1 - MTV VALVE

NOTE: Inspect the O-ring and gasket for the manifold tune valve replace if damaged.

Install a new O-ring and gasket to the manifold tune valve, if necessary.
Install the manifold tuning valve.
Make sure that the alignment pin and notch line up.

1 - Short Runner Valve

2 - MTV VALVE
Install bolts and tighten.
Connect the electrical connector.
Install the engine cover.
Connect negative battery cable and tighten to 16.5 N.m (145 in. lbs.).
