Set Conditions

Set Condition:
The DTC will set if an invalid PRNDL code exists for more than 100 milliseconds within one second of power-up or if the PRNDL code error does not correct itself when (or before) the shift lever is moved to a different position (P, R, N, or OD), or if the PCM sees the PRNDL code rapidly (within 7 ms) jump across more than three shift lever detent positions.
