Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
LOW OR IMPROPERLY FILLED FLUID LEVEL
CLUTCH SHIFT MULTIPLEX SOLENOID 1
TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE (TCM)

Always perform the MPS6 Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. See  DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Transmission Control (TCM) - Standard Procedure  .
