Crossover Pipe-Installation-4.0L

  1. Position new gasket on left maniverter and install the bolts.
  2. Tighten the maniverter bolts to 23 N.m (200 in. lbs.)
  3. Position crossunder pipe to the maniverter connections.
  4. Position new gasket on right exhaust manifold and install the bolts. Tighten bolts to 23 N.m (200 ft. lbs.)
  5. Install and tighten crossunder pipe bolts to 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.).
