Container-Coolant Recovery: Removal: Removal-1.6L

1 - NUT
2 - COOLANT RECOVERY CONTAINER
3 - SCREW
4 - VENT HOSE
5 - OVERFLOW HOSE
6 - CLIP
CAUTION: Do not siphon coolant by mouth.
  1. Using a siphon device, siphon coolant from coolant recovery container (2).
  2. Remove vent hose clip (6) from stud on dash panel.

    1 - RADIATOR NECK
    2 - OVERFLOW HOSE
  3. Disconnect overflow hose (2) at radiator neck.

    1 - NUT
    2 - COOLANT RECOVERY CONTAINER
    3 - SCREW
    4 - VENT HOSE
    5 - OVERFLOW HOSE
    6 - CLIP
  4. Remove container attaching fasteners (1 and 3).
  5. Remove coolant recovery container (2).
