Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR ACTIVE DTC
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, read DTCs.
  Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?
  
  Yes
  - Inspect the wiring and connectors for damage. If OK, replace the Steering Column Lock Module in accordance with the service information.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Refer to DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Body Control (BCM) - Standard Procedure .
  No
  - The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time. Using the SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors.
