D602-The Control Unit Software Is Faulty: Testing

ANTI-LOCK BRAKE MODULE
1. Check for any TSBs that may apply to this fault code.
2. Verify that the ABM is at the latest calibration level.
3. Check the ABM ground circuits with a test light connected to B+.
4. Check the ABM Fused B+ circuit with a test light connected to ground.
5. Check the ABM Main Relay circuits with a test light connected to ground.
  Do the ABM power and ground circuits light the test light brightly.
  
  Yes
  - Replace and program the Anti-lock Brake Module per Service Information.
  - Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST. See DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Antilock Brake (ABS) - Standard Procedure .
  No
  - Repair the circuit for an open or shorted condition.
