DTC 910E: Output 14 Circuit Performance (PSM): Notes

  1. When Monitored: 

    With the Ignition Switch in the on position and the Programmable Special Module (PSM) is awake.

  2. Set Condition: 

    This code will set when the Output terminal or corresponding circuit is shorted to ground or overloaded for at least 10ms.

Possible Causes 
COMPONENT SHORTED TO GROUND
OUTPUT CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
OUTPUT CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
PROGRAMMABLE SPECIAL MODULE (PSM)
