Idle Air Control Motor: Installation

The IAC motor is inserted into a housing at the front of the intake manifold. See Figure. The IAC motor and housing are serviced together.
- Attach electrical connector to IAC motor.
- Install IAC motor and housing into manifold. Tighten mounting screws to 4 N.m (35 in. lbs.) torque.
