Battery HOLDDOWN: Installation

  1. Install the battery hold down in the vehicle.
  2. Install the battery hold down retaining bolt(s).
  3. On gasoline engine equipped vehicles, install the air cleaner housing (Refer to ENGINE/AIR INTAKE SYSTEM/AIR CLEANER HOUSING - INSTALLATION) or (Refer to ENGINE/AIR INTAKE SYSTEM/AIR CLEANER HOUSING - INSTALLATION) .
  4. On diesel engine equipped vehicles, install the passenger front seat, (Refer to BODY/SEATS/SEAT - INSTALLATION) .
  5. Connect the battery negative cable.
