Clutch Disc: Removal

  1. Remove the transmission (Refer to TRANSMISSION/TRANSAXLE/MANUAL - REMOVAL) .

    NOTE: Gradually remove the clutch cover bolts 1 to 1 1/2 turns at a time.
  2. Loosen the bolts (1) on the clutch cover.
  3. Mark the relation of the clutch cover to the flywheel.
  4. Remove the bolts (1) on the clutch cover.

  5. Remove the clutch cover (1) and the clutch disc (2).
