Steering Angle Sensor: Description

The Steering Angle Sensor is used to measure rate/speed and direction of the steering wheel. This sensor has 4 wires 12V, ground and 2 CAN Bus circuits. This sensor is wired directly to the CAN Bus. This sensor has to be programmed using the scan tool. See Fig 1.
