The Steering Control Module (SCM) is the module located in the bottom of the Steering Column Control Module (SCCM), retained by three screws, and is the mating point for all the switches (remote radio switches, horn, speed control, steering angle sensor, tilt/telescopic switch, multi-function switch, clockspring) located in the SCCM. The SCM is screwed directly to the bottom of the multi-function switch. All the other switches are mounted on top of the multi-function switch.
