Headliner Assembly: Installation

  1. Place headliner into position.
  2. Install five screws into the edge bow strip. See Fig 1 and Fig 2.
  3. Install the headliner extrusion profile to the backlite frame. See Fig 3.
  4. Install screws into the floating bow to attach the headliner. See Fig 4.

  5. Install C-Post flaps to the C-Post stamping (two expanding two rivets per side). See Fig 5.
  6. Install the headliner attachments (elastic straps) to the folding top frame. See Fig 6.
  7. Install five screws to each bow strip.
  8. Install nine attaching headliner to the front header.
  9. Position the canopy back to the B-Bow. See Fig 7 and Fig 8.
  10. Install tension cable with two spring clips on each side. See Fig 9 and Fig 10.
  11. Install canopy adhesive tape to the front header edges.
  12. Install 12 screws attaching Canopy to front header. See Fig 11.
  13. Operate the folding top assembly to ensure proper operation and fit.
