Fluid Cooler: Installation

- Install the fluid cooler to the vehicle.
- Install the mounting bracket bolts securing the fluid cooler to the brace. (Figure) and (Figure).
- Reclamp the return and supply hoses to the power steering fluid cooler.
- Refill the power steering fluid. (Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE ).
- Install the fluid cooler to the vehicle. (Figure).
- Install the mounting bracket bolts securing the fluid cooler to the brace. (Figure).
- Reconnect the quick connect fitting to the return and supply hoses to the power steering fluid cooler.
- Install the hose retaining bracket. (Figure).
- Install the air deflector shield. (Figure).
- Install the lower front air deflector.
- Refill the power steering fluid. (Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE ).
