Fuel Pressure Sensor: Installation

- Inspect fuel pressure sensor sealing surface.
- Lubricate sensor threads with clean diesel fuel.
- Install sensor into fuel rail.
- To prevent leaks, sensor must be tightened to prescribed torque. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect electrical connector to sensor.
- Start engine and check for fuel leaks.
