AWD Power Transfer Unit

  1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
  2. Remove PTU drain plug.
  3. Drain fluid into suitable container.
  4. Install drain plug and torque to 35 N.m (26 ft. lbs.).
  5. Remove PTU fill plug.
  6. Fill PTU with 1.0L (2.1 pts.) of Mopar(R) 75W-90 Gear and Axle Lubricant.
  7. Install fill plug and torque to 35 N.m (26 ft. lbs.).
  8. Lower vehicle.
