Monitored & Set Conditions

Powertrain Control Module (PCM) monitors the Natural Vacuum Leak Detection (NVLD) pressure switch sense circuit immediately after engine start up. DTC will set when the PCM activates the NLVD solenoid. If PCM does not see NVLD switch open, an error is detected. This is a one trip fault.
