Ignition Lock Cable: Removal

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the ashtray (2) at front of center console. See BODY article.

Remove the lower instrument panel (2). See BODY article.

Press the locking tabs together and push the ignition lock cable (1) out of ignition/starter switch in the direction of the arrows.

Remove the shifter bezel (1). See BODY article.

Remove the ignition lock cable (1) from electronic selector lever module by turning it 90° to the left and then pulling it straight out.
