6. Throttle Control Motor 1 Circuit Shorted To Ground

With the ignition off.

Measure the resistance between ground and the Throttle Control Motor 1 circuit at the PCM C1 harness connector.

Is the resistance below 100 ohms? 

1. Yes  >> Repair the Throttle Control Motor 1 circuit for a short to ground.

   See POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - VER 2  .

2. No  >> Go To 7
