Drive Belt: Installation

NOTE: Do not use any type of belt dressing or restorer on the accessory drive belt.
  1. Position the accessory drive belt on the following pulleys.
    1. Crankshaft
    2. A/C Compressor
    3. Power Steering Pump
    4. Idler Pulley
    5. Generator
    6. Water Pump
    7. Tensioner

  2. Rotate the belt tensioner (1) clockwise and remove the 5 mm pin (2).

  3. Allow the belt tensioner (1) to rest on the accessory drive belt.
  4. Release the belt tensioner and remove the wrench.
