5. 5-Volt Supply Circuit Shorted To Ground

With the ignition off.

Measure the resistance between ground and the 5-Volt Supply circuit.

Is the resistance below 100 ohms? 

1. Yes  >> Repair the 5-Volt Supply circuit for a short to ground.

2. No  >> Replace and program the Powertrain Control Module. See ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULES article.
