5. Temp Sensor - P/N Switch Circuit Short To Ground

With the ignition off.

Measure the resistance between ground and the Temp Sensor - P/N Switch circuit.

Is the resistance below 100 k/ohms? 

1. Yes  >> Repair the Temp Sensor - P/N Switch circuit for a short to ground.

   See TRANSMISSION VERIFICATION TEST .

2. No  >> Go To 6
