Check Strap: Removal

  1. Raise door glass.
  2. Remove door trim panel. (Refer to REMOVAL  )
  3. Remove watershield as necessary.
  4. Remove bolt and nut attaching check strap to door end and body.
  5. Remove check strap from vehicle (Fig 1 ).
