Outer CV Boot: Notes
NOTE:
When axle shaft boots are replaced, be sure boots of correct material are used on vehicle. The only service which is to be performed on the axle shaft assemblies is the replacement of the axle shaft sealing boots. Lubricant requirements and quantities are different for inner joints than are for outer joints. Use only the recommended lubricants.
