Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Installation

  1. Install ECT Sensor. See Figure. Torque sensor to 19 N.m (168 INCH lbs).
  2. Reconnect ECT Sensor electrical connector.
  3. Fill cooling system. See STANDARD PROCEDURE - FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
  4. Connect negative battery cable.
